Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever for one person. You get your own calendar, public holidays for 190+ countries, custom holidays and company days. No credit card required. Upgrade to Pro only if you want to share your calendar with others.
What do I get when I upgrade to Pro?
Pro unlocks sharing. Invite your partner or family by email and see everyone's time off together in one view. Each person tracks their own PTO allowance and their own public holidays. You see it all in sync, instantly.
Do people I invite need to pay too?
No. Only the person who creates the plan needs a Pro subscription. Anyone you invite joins for free, no separate account or payment needed. Invite your partner and they're in.
Which plan should I choose?
Pro Monthly ($1.99/mo) is great if you want flexibility. Pro Yearly ($11.88/yr, just $0.99/mo) saves you around $12 a year compared to monthly and is our most popular plan. Lifetime ($14.99 once) is the best deal if you're in it for the long haul: pay once and use TimeOffCalendar forever, with no recurring charges.
Is the Lifetime plan really forever?
Yes. Pay $14.99 once and you keep access to all Pro features forever, no renewals, no hidden fees. Your access won't expire even if the price goes up later.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime in one click from your profile, no questions asked. You keep full Pro access until the end of your current billing period, and you can come back whenever you like.
Will the prices go up?
These are our launch prices and they may increase as we add features. If you subscribe now, your price is locked in forever. The Lifetime deal is especially compelling: pay $14.99 once and never worry about price changes again.
Is our data private?
Completely. Only you and the people you explicitly invite can see your calendar. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We never share or sell your information. If you ever delete your account, all your data is permanently removed.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. TimeOffCalendar is fully responsive and works on any device, phone, tablet, or desktop. There's no app to install. Just open it in your browser and you have the full experience. Any changes you make on one device are instantly visible on all others.
Can't I just use my existing calendar for this?
You can, but it's a lot of manual work. General-purpose calendars are built for meetings and events, so they show everything, which makes it hard to see just the time-off picture. Why I built this
My wife and I both work, and each of us has a different time off allowance. At the start of every year we like to plan all our days for the entire year. We want to see what day of the week the public holidays fall on, when our anniversaries are, and spot the good opportunities to extend a long weekend.
